CAN I BOOK AVO CATERING IF MY VENUE HAS LIMITED OR NO KITCHEN FACILITIES?

All our menus excluding our wedding and bespoke menus will be prepared at our HQ and have been designed to be dropped off at your chosen location ready to go. However, if you would like something hot we will either bring a temporary kitchen or transport the food using our Thermos hot boxes.

If you would like us to set the buffet up for you and dress the table please just state when getting in contact. Any boxes, flasks etc will be picked up by one of our team at a later date if necessary.

WE WANT TO PLACE AN ORDER FOR OUR OFFICE, HOW DO WE GO ABOUT DOING IT? AND DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER?

Currently, the best way to place an order with us is to send us a message through our contact page with your address, time of drop off and your food selection. We do require orders to be in 24 hours prior to the event. Alternatively please give us a call and we can take you through all the options and menus to suit you.

We currently have a minimum order of £40 per location.

DO YOU CATER FOR VEGANS, GLUTEN FREE ETC?

Absolutely, all our menus have vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. If you would like something bespoke or more to your taste just let us know and we will be glad to assist.

HOW FAR DO YOU DELIVER AND HOW DO YOU DELIVER YOUR FOOD?

Currently, we deliver at no extra cost to Truro and Falmouth, however for larger orders we can deliver all over Cornwall for a surcharge. If you would like to find out if we can deliver to you please get in touch and we will be happy to arrange something. All our food is delivered in our 100% recyclable packaging. Any tubs, trays, flasks etc will be picked up by one of our team at a later date if necessary.

WHAT IS YOUR ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY?

Here at AVO we are passionate about preserving our environment. We only use packaging that is 100% recyclable and work with companies that share this same view. We are always striving to do better and lower our carbon footprint. We are always learning so if you have any suggestions please let us know and help us to create a greener, cleaner side of catering.

HOW ARE PAYMENTS HANDLED?

We currently ask for a 30% deposit to confirm booking for our non-corporate menus and to be paid 14 days before the event.

Corporate menus will be invoiced and must be paid within 28 days of delivery.

If you wish to cancel a booking your 30% deposit will be lost.
